What Google access allows
Google asks for permission to manage your Business Profile. ReviewVoice uses it for reviews and replies.

We read your reviews. Free includes drafts for up to 50 past reviews once, then 20 new-review drafts per month. You can post up to 5 approved replies per month.

Until you switch on auto-posting on Standard, nothing is posted without you. Every draft waits for one click, and you can edit it first.

With auto-posting on Standard, 4–5★ replies go out on their own under the rules you set.
You can turn it off at any time.
