Google will ask to let ReviewVoice "see, edit, create and delete" your Business Profile listings. That is Google's standard wording for this access. We use it to read your reviews, profile details and Google stats (calls, direction requests, views), and to post replies. We never change or delete your listing, photos or hours. Tick the box on Google's screen, or we can't read your reviews.

No separate password. New accounts start on the free plan. No card required.

Connecting Google does not turn on automatic posting.

What Google access allows

Google asks for permission to manage your Business Profile. ReviewVoice uses it for reviews and replies.

Free includes a one-time review snapshot: your place + one nearby place, up to 50 recent written reviews each.

Reply drafts: up to 50 past reviews once, then 20 new-review drafts per month. Post up to 5 approved replies per month.

Until you switch on auto-posting on Standard, nothing is posted without you. Every draft waits for one click, and you can edit it first.

With auto-posting on Standard, 4–5★ replies go out on their own under the rules you set. You can turn it off at any time.

Replies to 1–3★ reviews always need your approval, even with auto-posting on.

We never touch your photos, posts, hours, or anything else on the profile.

You can remove ReviewVoice access in your Google account permissions.
