Core feature 01 · the neighborhood

Every month, a report on the shops around you.

Up to ten businesses of your trade within a kilometer. We read their recent public reviews and turn them into what they get praised for, common complaints, and where that leaves you.

And then the part about you

Turn a repeated complaint into a practical check. Fade Society's sampled reviews mention Saturday waits. Check how your own business explains waiting times and bookings, then answer customers who raised the issue. Open the report to see the observations behind each suggestion.

Core feature 02 · review defense

Think a review broke Google's rules? We check it with you.

Flag the review from your list. Choose the concern and describe the supporting information. We help prepare a draft for your review, or explain why more information is needed.

01 / THE REVIEW

You flag one

“Terrible. Overpriced and the owner is rude. Go to Fade Society instead, they gave me a discount for posting this.”

02 / THE CHECK

Against the actual policy

Conflict of interest — names a competitor and admits an incentive
Fake engagement — posted in exchange for something
Off topic — no
Harassment — no
03 / WHAT WE SAY

Two honest answers

Possible policy concernReview the supporting information and draft. You decide whether to submit it through your Google account.
Or: no, don't“This one is just a bad experience, honestly told. Reporting it is unlikely to work. Reply to it instead.”

We never promise removal. Google makes the decision. We help organize what you provide; we do not independently verify it. A negative experience alone is not a reason to remove a review.

The line we don't cross

Five stars is not the same as safe to answer.

A high rating can still describe a serious problem. These example reviews show why we check the content as well as the stars.

Booked last minute and they still squeezed me in. Marco took his time and the fade is the best I've had in this city. Already rebooked.

Posted on its own · 2 hours later

“Thanks, Dana. We're glad you enjoyed the care and attention during your visit.”

JRJ. Rivera ★★★★★

Lovely staff and a great cut. Only thing — I told them about my allergy and the aftershave they used sent me to the emergency room that evening.

Held for you · nothing was posted

Mentions illness, injury or an allergic reaction. No machine writes a thank-you under this. It waits in your inbox until you answer it yourself.

One to three stars never post on their own — not with any setting. And on top of the stars, every draft is screened for injury, contamination, legal threats, billing disputes, discrimination, staff incidents and anything involving a child. If we can't read a review properly, it waits. The gate fails closed.

Reply · Spanish

“Gracias, Elena. Nos alegra que hayas disfrutado de la atención del equipo.”

Thank you, Elena. We're glad you appreciated the team's service.

Reply · Japanese

「またお越しいただきありがとうございます。お待たせしてしまい、申し訳ございません。ご意見をお寄せいただき、ありがとうございます。」

Thank you for coming back. We're sorry for the wait and appreciate your feedback.

Reply · German

„Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung, Herr Brandt. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie am Samstag warten mussten.“

Thank you for your feedback, Mr Brandt. We're sorry you had to wait on Saturday.

And it sounds like you, not like software. Three dials — how warm, how long, whether you sign off by name — plus words you never want used. Every draft is yours to edit before it goes.

Look around the product first

Before you ask

The questions owners ask first.

Will it sound like a robot?

You set the tone once, or let it learn from replies you already wrote. Drafts use the review and your reply settings. You can edit a draft before posting and refine your style settings.

What happens with bad reviews?

Reviews of three stars or fewer are never answered automatically. You get a careful draft and decide what posts. This is a hard rule in the code, not a setting you can flip.

Does it work outside the US?

Yes — anywhere Google reviews exist. Replies are written in the language of the review, with an English translation available for review. On Free — and whenever you choose All manual — nothing goes out until you approve it. Every new review emails you with the reply already written. On Autopilot, 4–5★ replies post on their own — the email tells you when, so you can stop it, and you get a copy as it posts; 1–3★ always wait for you. You can switch these emails off in Settings.

Is auto-replying allowed by Google?

Yes. Owner replies are a built-in Google feature, and Google has approved our Business Profile API access — replies go through the same official channel as replying by hand. We never write reviews, never touch your rating, and never offer anything in exchange for a review — that last one breaks Google's policy and gets reviews removed.

What access do you get?

Reading your reviews and posting owner replies. Nothing else — not your ads, not your payments, not your customers' data. You can disconnect in one click and every reply already posted stays yours.
