Never think about Google reviews again.

A review lands, a reply goes out in your voice, in the reviewer's language. Anything under four stars stops and waits for you.

The gap

The two profiles we opened had almost no replies.

Google recommends replying to reviews. On the profiles we checked by hand, almost nobody does. Two shops is not a market study — it is what made us build this.

84%

of reviews on a real katsu shop in Seoul had no reply at all — 28 reviews, four years of silence.

same number on a barbershop with 130 reviews. Different country, different trade, same silence.

How it runs

Set it up once. Then it just answers.

Nothing to install, nothing to check daily. Your reviews become someone else's job — ours.

01 · TWO MINUTES

Connect your Google profile

One consent with the Google account that already manages your business. We can reply to reviews and read your profile. Nothing else.

02 · THIRTY SECONDS

Pick how you sound

Choose from four presets, or answer three sample reviews and we set the dials for you. Already replied before? We read those and start from your own habits.

03 · THEN NOTHING

Reviews get answered while you work

Four and five stars post on their own, in the reviewer's language, at the hour most likely to bring them back. One and three stars wait for you.

The line we don't cross

Bad reviews are never on autopilot.

A two-star review is a conversation, not a task. We draft a careful reply that owns the problem — then stop. You edit, approve, or skip. Nothing posts without you.

Hard rule, not a setting
Daniel R.★★☆☆☆ Needs your OK41m

"Booked a table and still waited 25 minutes. The staff were apologetic but on a quiet Tuesday this should not happen."

Draft in your voice · posts only after you approve

You are right, Daniel, and I am sorry. Quiet Tuesday or not, a booked table should have been ready for you. I would like to make it up to you — please get in touch.

Your voice

Your voice, not a template.

The same five-star review, answered as four different owners. Move a dial and the reply rewrites itself — that shape below is your voice print, and no two businesses have the same one.

Warm regular Your voice print — it moves as you dial.
★★★★★Marta K. "Best flat white in the neighborhood. The owner remembered my order from last week!"

Marta! Remembering your order is the easy part — you brighten our mornings. Your seat is waiting next week.

Every language your customers speak.

Replies come back in the language the review was written in, and you get the translation underneath — so you always know what went out under your name. Nothing to configure.

Where we put the effort

A reply is also a reason to come back.

Posted two or three days later, on purpose

Google notifies the reviewer when you reply. Arriving days after the visit, that notification can remind them your shop exists — and it reads like the owner found a moment to write, not like a machine that fired in four seconds. You can also hold replies to business hours.

delay and business-hours are separate settings

Your whole backlog, cleared on day one

Unanswered reviews on your profile get a draft the moment you connect, oldest first. Months — often years — of silence, handled in one sitting. Free once, for every business, even if you never pay us a cent.

Monthly

Once a month, we read the whole neighborhood.

Every competitor review within a kilometre, read and turned into moves: what they get praised for, where they bleed, and what your shop should do about it. Public reviews only — we never touch private data, and we couldn't if we wanted to.

Café Luna 350M · 4.5★ · 890 REVIEWS

Strong — desserts drive a third of their praise; "tiramisu" named 41 times.
Weak — weekend-queue complaints repeat, owner never replies.

What your shop should do

Zero dessert mentions in your reviews. Café Luna earns a third of its praise there. One signature dessert can create a review topic of your own.

Look around the product first

Before you ask

The questions owners ask first.

Will it sound like a robot?

You set the tone once, or let it learn from replies you already wrote. Every reply refers to what the reviewer actually said, so no two replies read the same. If one comes out wrong, you edit it and the next one learns.

What happens with bad reviews?

Reviews of three stars or fewer are never answered automatically. You get a careful draft and decide what posts. This is a hard rule in the code, not a setting you can flip.

Does it work outside the US?

Yes — anywhere Google reviews exist. Replies are written in the language of the review with the grammar of a native speaker, and you get a translation underneath so you always know what went out.

Is auto-replying allowed by Google?

Yes. Owner replies are a built-in Google feature. We are going through Google's Business Profile API approval now, and we will not connect anyone's profile until that is done. We never write reviews, never touch your rating, and never offer anything in exchange for a review — that last one breaks Google's policy and gets reviews removed.

What access do you get?

Reading your reviews and posting owner replies. Nothing else — not your ads, not your payments, not your customers' data. You can disconnect in one click and every reply already posted stays yours.
