Terms of Service
These are the rules for using ReviewVoice. By connecting a Google Business Profile or joining the waiting list, you agree to them.
Read this part if you read nothing else
ReviewVoice replies to reviews. It never creates, buys, solicits or hides them. Anything below four stars stops and waits for you — the service will not post it on its own, and that rule cannot be switched off.
01 What the service does
ReviewVoice connects to your Google Business Profile, reads new reviews, and drafts a reply in a voice you configure. Depending on your settings, a reply either posts automatically or waits in a queue for you to approve.
Replies are generated by software. They are drafts written on your behalf, and you remain responsible for what appears under your business name.
02 The low-rating rule
A review of three stars or fewer is always held for your approval, whatever your settings say. This is enforced in the service itself, not just in the interface. We will not offer a way around it, because an automated reply to an unhappy customer is worse than no reply.
03 Automatic posting and your consent
ReviewVoice will not post anything to Google automatically until you have separately and explicitly turned that on. Connecting your Google account is not consent to automatic posting — it only lets us read reviews and prepare drafts.
When you do turn it on, we record the exact wording you agreed to and when. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings, and posting stops immediately.
04 What you are responsible for
- You own the business, or you are authorised by its owner to manage its Google presence.
- The Google account you connect is one you are entitled to use.
- You review what goes out. Approving a draft makes it yours.
- You keep your own account access secure.
If you lose the right to manage a business, disconnect it from ReviewVoice.
05 What we will not do
- Write, buy, solicit, incentivise or fabricate reviews.
- Attempt to remove, hide or suppress a genuine review.
- Post to a low-rated review without your approval.
- Use your review content to train models, or sell it to anyone.
06 Google's rules apply too
ReviewVoice runs on Google's Business Profile API. Your use of the service is also subject to Google's own terms and policies, including the prohibited and restricted content policy for Business Profiles. If Google changes what the API allows, we will change the service to match, even if that removes a feature.
07 Price, and where we are right now
ReviewVoice is in private testing. It is not generally available and no one is being charged. The demo on this site runs on sample data.
The standard monthly price is USD $19 for a team's first active location and USD $12 for each additional active location. There is no per-user fee. The founding offer is limited to the first 100 eligible teams: USD $9 per month for the first location while that subscription remains active, plus USD $12 per month for each additional location. Existing granted offers are preserved. Eligibility, selected locations, applicable taxes and the total will be confirmed before payment. Connecting a Google account does not start a paid subscription. Paid checkout is not open. Nothing is owed until you are on a paid plan and have agreed to it at the time. We will tell you the price before we ever ask for a payment method.
08 No promises about rankings
Replying to reviews is something Google says is good practice. It is not a ranking purchase. Google states plainly that local rankings cannot be bought or sold, and neither we nor anyone else can guarantee a position, a rating, or more customers. Any score or figure shown inside the product describes your own activity — not a prediction.
09 Stopping
You can stop at any time: disconnect Google in your Google account settings, or email us and we will close the account and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms, to abuse Google's policies, or to attack the service. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
10 Availability
During private testing the service is provided as it is, with no uptime guarantee. It may be interrupted, changed or taken down without notice. We will not pretend otherwise.
11 Liability
To the extent the law allows, ReviewVoice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost custom, or reputational harm — arising from use of the service. Read this together with our Refund Policy (section 5): if we post something we should not have, we own that and we refund you — but the exclusion above still applies to knock-on losses. The two are meant to be read together, not one instead of the other. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Because the service posts text under your business name, please treat approval as a real decision. If a reply is wrong, you can edit or delete it in Google Business Profile.
12 Changes to these terms
We will update this page and change the date at the top. For material changes we will email connected accounts before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
13 Who you are contracting with, and which law applies
ReviewVoice is operated by East Light Labs Co., Ltd. (이스트라이트랩스), a company registered in the Republic of Korea. These terms are an agreement between you and East Light Labs Co., Ltd., and they are governed by Korean law. If you use the service as a consumer somewhere else, this does not remove protections that your local law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
